In one sentence
Schengen-Schmengen shows every trip on one timeline and counts your days in the Schengen Area the way the 90/180 rule works, so you can see how many days you've used, when they come back, and whether a plan fits.
In a paragraph
Visitors who aren't EU, EEA or Swiss citizens may spend 90 days in any 180-day period in the Schengen Area. The window rolls, so a simple day count doesn't answer "can I stay until the 3rd?" or "when can I come back for three months?". Since April 2026 the EU's Entry/Exit System has recorded every border crossing automatically, so an overstay is far easier to catch.
Schengen-Schmengen draws your trips on a timeline you drag to plan. A trip turns red from the first day it would break the rule, and a chart beside them shows the days used and shades the days when a full 90-day stay could begin.
The calculator, the timeline and unlimited trips are free. Schmengen Pro adds calendar integration, suggestions for events in Schengen countries, widgets, iCloud sync and advanced reminders.
The name
"Schengen, schmengen": the Yiddish-flavoured shm- rhyme for brushing off something tedious. The app grew out of an open-source web calculator of the same name. The bagel in the icon doubles as the 90-day gauge.
